Chakra recently conducted a Customer Survey in which pertinent performance-related questions were asked of our customers. The survey feature of Newscaster, Chakra’s email marketing solution, was used to conduct the survey. We were pleasantly surprised at the response rate and are very happy with the performance ratings we received. In fact, we are so happy that we decided to share the results.
