Manufacturing Manager

Perform, source and coordinate all activities involved in providing any manufacturing as required by Chakra. This includes all steps from initial project assessment to final delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Production estimation
  • Vendor management
  • Scheduling of activities
  • Internal resources coordination as necessary to achieve project requirements
  • Researches problem invoices; interfaces with vendors, customer service team, and other appropriate staff to reconcile
  • Must create, issue and reconcile purchase orders
  • Maintain strong communication with customer service staff related to project/job status and target delivery and costs.
  • Keep track of finances of projects Participate in daily production meetings
  • Use of required software to perform required duties
  • Participate in developing solutions based on client project requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Active engagement in improvements to increase efficiency and profitability within creative group product line.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant education and/or related experience in all digital production
  • Ability to manage both internal and external resources to achieve project objectives
  • Proficient in appropriate use of email and related computer software

Customer Service Representative

Description:

  • Responsible for customer support, order processing, and data entry.
  • Knows and understands all of the company’s products and services.
  • Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints.
  • Serves as liaison between the customer and various internal departments.
  • Works accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Conducts themselves in the best interest of both the customer and company.
  • Anticipates potential problems. Develops plans to prevent or lessen their impact.
  • Stays attentive for opportunities to sell new services to current customers.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer Orientated. Must have empathy for customers needs.
  • Relationship builder with the customer and plant personnel. Must be able to connect on a personal level.
  • Dependable. Arrive at work on time. Keep all commitments made to customers and plant personnel.
  • Communication Skills. Be a good listener. Describe objects and processes both verbally and in writing. Interested in helping others to understand the requirements of each assigned job.
  • Organization Skills. Develop and maintain customer records and follow established procedures. Able to retrieve information upon request.
  • Detail Orientated. Complete all required work thoroughly and accurately.
  • Flexibility. Establish and Adjust plans as needed.
  • Problem Solving Skills. Interested in preventing errors and solving problems. Identify source of problem and potential solutions. Decide upon and implement best solution. Anticipate problems before they happen.

 

Creative Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant education and/or related experience in creative services including design (print / web), content development, search and social media management

Accounting Clerk

Primary Responsibilities will include:

  • Daily accounts payable/receivable
  • Familiar with purchase order creation/processing/reconciliation
  • Familiar with journal entries
  • Assist in month-end closing
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Communication with customers and vendors
  • Candidate must have prior accounts payable and receivable experience
  • Basic understanding of debits/credits
  • Experience with issuing, editing, posting and reconciling PO transactions
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Detailed oriented

Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, email, and prior experience with accounting applications.

Full-time position Monday-Friday

 

Data Entry Clerk:

  • Basic computer skills (familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and image manipulation programs a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email and person-to-person)
  • Team Player
  • Full-time position 8AM - 4:30PM

Freelance Programmers:

We are looking for US based freelance programmers who are interested in providing services on a project basis. Individuals with strong, working knowledge in various programming languages: PHP, .NET, COLD FUSION and/or classic ASP are desired. Additionally, experience with database management (SQL and/or mySQL) is expected. Please supply previous project details (with links where possible), rates and references with your reply. If you are detail-oriented, can meet deadlines and enjoy what you do, we want to talk with you.
