As a longtime, trusted vendor-partner of Delaware North, we are proud to have once again sponsored the Delaware North Food & Beverage Summit. Chakra has been a sponsor since the inception of the F&B Summit, which features over 160 food and beverage suppliers and brings Delaware North employees from around the world to Buffalo, NY.

In additional to being a sponsor for the event, Chakra provided creative services, digital signage and solutions, printing, and corporate merchandising support for Delaware North and its vendors at the summit.

The Chakra team worked closely with Delaware North to develop and facilitate many aspects of the event. We were on-hand to manage the electronic voting for the Delaware North Culinary Challenge, which featured innovative world-fair themed cuisine prepared by the company’s talented chefs and front-of-the-house management staff. The teams represented Delaware North’s operations in sports, parks and resorts, travel hospitality, gaming and even one from the United Kingdom. The digital menus for the challenge were displayed on digital displays, designed and developed by Chakra.

Our team also partnered with Delaware North to develop an engaging trade show game to encourage attendees to visit each vendor. Each supplier was provided with their own unique Delaware North property card to hand out to attendees. Once attendees obtained three matching properties (by color), they turned these into Chakra staff positioned throughout the trade show floor and were entered in the contest using tablets. The game provided associates with an opportunity to engage and learn from industry professionals
